c. Creator Content

If you participate as a DishDropper or other creator, we collect and process the videos, photos, captions, and other material you upload ("Creator Content"), along with related metadata (such as upload time, engagement, and orders attributed to that content). We may also use automated tools to review Creator Content for safety, quality, and policy compliance.

d. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, understand how you use Dlicio, improve our services, and show relevant content and promotions. You can manage cookies through your browser or device settings.

We use your information to:

• Deliver food and related services
• Process payments securely (including DishDropper earnings)
• Provide customer and creator support
• Personalize your experience and discovery feeds (including which dishes and videos you see)
• Communicate promotions and updates (you can opt out)

• Review and moderate Creator Content for safety, quality, and policy compliance

• Restaurants and delivery partners, to fulfill your orders or feature your Creator Content in connection with their business

• Other users when you choose to make reviews or Creator Content public

You can delete your Dlicio account and any personal data associated with it at any time.

• In-App Deletion: Users can delete their account directly from the Account Settings section in the app.
• Contact Us: If you have trouble deleting your account via the app, message us through our contact form with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request." Please include your registered email or username.
• Processing Time: Once a deletion request is made (either in-app or via support), we will delete your account and all associated personal data within 14 days.
• What Data Will Be Deleted: Profile information, order history, preferences, saved addresses, payment info, and other personal data tied to your account.
• What Data May Be Retained: Certain data may be retained for legal or compliance reasons, such as transaction records or anonymized analytics data.
• Partial Data Deletion: If you want to delete some personal data but keep your account active, please specify your request when contacting support.

We take data protection seriously and use industry-standard measures to secure your information. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

Dlicio is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we've collected such data, we'll take steps to delete it promptly.
